EP-35 K.O. AMP

The EP-35 K.O. AMP combines a battery-powered instrument amplifier, Bluetooth speaker and USB audio interface in a compact design.

Whether you're playing guitar, bass, vocals, synthesizers or grooveboxes, all audio inputs can be used simultaneously and balanced using their individual gain controls.

With 35 watts of output power, a 4″ woofer and a 1″ tweeter, the EP-35 is ideal for impromptu jam sessions, making music on the go and enjoying music wherever you are.

Eight built-in effect presets are available for both guitar/bass and microphone inputs. The instrument presets range from Clean, Twang and Blues to Overdrive and Auto-Wah, as well as dedicated settings for acoustic guitar and bass. For vocals and speech, presets such as Radio, Pop, Rock, Bass Synth, Robo Choir and Megaphone provide a wide variety of creative effects. Separate controls for effect selection and intensity let you shape your sound directly on the device.

The XLR microphone input features switchable 48 V phantom power for condenser microphones. The 6.35 mm instrument input offers two gain settings to accommodate different signal levels, including those from active pickups and external effects pedals. Individual gain controls for the microphone, instrument and line inputs, together with additional tone controls, make it easy to fine-tune your sound. The stereo line output can also be used for headphones or to connect another EP-35 via a wired connection.

The USB audio interface transmits eight audio channels to a computer and receives a stereo signal. In addition to the stereo master mix, guitar, microphone and line-in signals can be recorded on separate channel pairs in a DAW. The additional EP-PLUG connection functions as a USB audio host, supporting compatible audio devices and accessories, as well as playback of music and backing tracks from a USB flash drive.

Bluetooth 5.3 with LE Audio and Auracast enables wireless streaming and allows multiple EP-35 units to be connected in broadcast mode. Two units can be configured as left and right speakers for stereo Bluetooth audio playback. A web mixer and MIDI-based level control provide additional flexibility when integrating the EP-35 into larger setups.

The built-in battery provides up to 12 hours of playback at volume setting 5 and takes approximately two hours to recharge. A carry handle, splash-resistant enclosure and storage compartment make the EP-35 a practical companion on the go. The integrated camping light features an automatic mode, a music-reactive disco mode and a battery level indicator that activates when the device is tilted.

The EP-35 can be expanded with compatible accessories via EP-PLUG and the EP-GRID System™. The optional K.O. DOCK KIT allows devices from the EP series to be mounted directly onto the amp. The optional EP-127 K.O. PEDAL adds further effects control, a looper and a metronome.
