The PLUS Pedal uses a proprietary real-time audio-sampling algorithm to generate long, smooth layers of sustain out of any audio input signal. Compared to other “freeze” effects (which are typically based on granular synthesis or reverb engines), PLUS fully preserves the core sounds of your instrument, including tonal nuances related to picking dynamics, pickup setting, vibrato, harmonics, and more. And because it doesn’t have the polyphonic and timbral limitations often associated with this type of effect, there’s no need to worry about it tracking well with complex chords.

PLUS Pedal’s form factor is visually different from typical effects, but using the brass activator pedal is similar to using piano pedals or a wah pedal. Its unique design enables you to accompany your own solos with sustaining chords, or build rich, ambient textures and harmonically evolving soundscapes—and the musical possibilities are exponentially greater when you insert other effect processors in PLUS Pedal’s effects loop.
