    How Did We Do It?

    Well... Its not what we did, Its what we didn't do. 

    Over the past decade, we’ve sold thousands of PATCH Series units to audio professionals around the world. Along the way, we noticed something important.
    There were a lot of aspiring engineers who loved what we were doing, loved the technology, but simply couldn’t justify the initial investment to get into the PATCH eco-system.
    That hit home for us and for me personally.
    So we went back to the drawing board and asked the hard question:
    "What could we strip away that wasn’t essential, without touching the core technology that made PATCH the industry leader in analog routing in the first place?"
    The goal was simple... cut the costs, keep the tech, and pass those cost savings directly on to the customer.
    That process is what led to PATCH se.

    Some of What We Changed, For Cost Savings:
    Without Compromising the PATCH Legacy of Reliability.

    • New, cost-efficient external power supply designed to deliver stable, reliable performance while reducing overall system cost.

    • Simplified power connection architecture for a cleaner, more streamlined design without locking threaded connector.

    • Fanless internal design, reducing complexity and eliminating moving parts for long-term reliability.

    • Fully PCB-mounted connectors and switches, improving consistency, manufacturability, and eliminating wiring harnesses.

    • Phantom power removed to focus the platform purely on analog routing essentials for +4 Line Level users. (Note: PATCH se is compatible with our [CX] Module for Tracking Purposes) 

    • Refined metalwork design and material selection, optimizing strength, durability, and cost efficiency

    • Carefully sourced electronic components that meet our performance standards without unnecessary overhead costs

    • Plus more additional efficiency optimizations we’ll keep as part of the Flock “secret sauce”
